Green Fee Booking Enquiry

Play a round, or indulge in the full experience by combining golf with an overnight stay in the heritage-listed Clubhouse.

The Barwon Heads Golf Club welcomes green fee players on most Mondays and Fridays – and after members’ competition times on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.

Unless combined with an overnight stay, green fee play is unavailable or extremely limited on weekends, public holidays and from 26 December to the Australia Day long weekend.  

Please note. A temporary clubhouse is expected to be in use while the iconic 100-year-old Clubhouse is closed for renovations from June 2024 for a period of approximately 12 months. Green fee play will not be affected.

To make the booking process easier we ask that you complete as many details in the form below as possible. Questions marked * must be completed.


  • Green fee play is unavailable or extremely limited on weekends, public holidays and from 26 December to the Australia Day long weekend. However, when combined with an overnight stay in the Clubhouse, course access for visitors is guaranteed on these and most other days of the year (see below).

  • Given the date you selected may not be available please enter alternatives if you are flexible.
  • After signing in as visitors, suitably attired green fee players are invited to breakfast or lunch in the Links Room within the iconic Clubhouse. Breakfast is served from 7:00-9:30am and lunch from 11:30am-3:00pm. Indicate your interest below and guest services will be in contact with you prior to your round.
  • On most but not all nights, the Club offers green fee players the opportunity to have an evening meal in the Clubhouse following golf. We offer a menu of the highest quality freshly prepared in our kitchen. Evening meal bookings are required in advance with this option being offered between 6:00pm and 9:00pm - last orders for food will be taken at 7:30pm. Indicate your interest below and guest services will be in contact with you prior to your round.
  • Combining your round with an overnight stay in one of the 19 guest rooms in the heritage-listed Clubhouse guarantees you a tee time on most days of the year and is one of Australia's great golf experiences.   • Golfers playing the links are expected to observe the course and Clubhouse rules and dress regulations. I have read and will abide by these rules and regulations and will circulate them among my booked group prior to playing. Course and Clubhouse Etiquette
